Founder and President, Pro Search, Inc.
Ed has been in the employment services industry since 1985. Prior to establishing Pro Search, Inc. in 1994, Ed was Director of Search Services for the corporate offices of a KForce, responsible for recruiting, hiring and training search consultants for the company's 35 office network. He was also one of the founders of JobsInTheUS.com, parent company for JobsinME.com, and remained involved until the sale of the company in 2005. Ed holds a B.S. in Economics/Finance from Bentley College and has been a featured speaker and trainer at human resources and recruiting/staffing industry events. Ed is Chairman of the Business Advisory Council of Goodwill Industries of Northern New England, is Past Chair of USM Corporate Partners and serves on the Best Places to Work in Maine Planning Committee. He is also a Board Chair of the Maine Center of Enterprise Development . Ed is on the Top Gun Board of Advisors and also serves as a Top Gun Mentor and a presenter.
